We received two complaints that their cell phone providers still charge them even if they used our service. However when we ask then how they made their calls, one told us that he/she pressed the send key and the other the # key . What does it means? It means that our service is working, as most of our customers say, it was the fault of these two users since they did not follow nor they read the instructions on how to use the service. So for all users of our service, please follow the instructions on how to use our service. Also make sure that you have an unlimited incoming calls plan from your cell phone provider. We can not give more emphasis on this, please read and follow the instructions and the terms of service. Thank you.
